Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Carvana Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram team. You will be the primary contact for service customers, guiding them through the maintenance and repair process to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You will earn $22-$26 per hour. Duties include documenting issues, providing cost/time estimates, coordinating with technicians, and following warranty procedures—requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience as a Service Advisor or ASM in auto dealership.
• Knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM models is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, communication and time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Tekion DMS and scheduling software.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
• Consult with customers to understand vehicle concerns and document issues on Repair Orders.
• Advise customers on recommended services and maintenance per OEM guidelines.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates for service work.
• Maintain constant communication with customers regarding repair status and delays.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts department, and service manager to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all warranty and manufacturer processes are followed correctly.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and assist with loaner or shuttle coordination.
• Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction.
