Valley Nissan Mitsubishi is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the main contact between guests and the service team. You will explain maintenance needs, keep guests informed, and ensure a positive experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests promptly and provide a professional, welcoming service experience.
• Listen carefully to guests' concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms.
• Review vehicle history, mileage, and manufacturer-recommended maintenance.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and recommended services.
• Review digital vehicle inspections with guests.
• Maintain consistent communication with guests throughout the repair process.
• Provide guests with updates on status, costs, and completion times.
• Work closely with technicians, parts personnel, and service management to keep repairs moving.
• Obtain guest authorization for approved repairs and document declined services.
• Review completed repairs and ensure orders are accurate before delivery.
• Explain completed work and final charges to guests.
• Follow up with guests and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate repair-order documentation and dealership records.
• Help create an exceptional guest experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.
