The role supports the Business Development Center and collaborates with service teams and dealership management to maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, strong computer skills, and a proactive, team‑oriented work ethic.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience (preferred).
• Strong computer, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Docs/Sheets.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude and good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with service or appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet and phone inquiries.
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments for vehicle service.
• Update customer database information and manifests.
• Participate in team sessions and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Utilize CRM and DMS dealership systems.
• Respond to emails promptly in a professional manner.
• Assist customers in vehicle selection and service issues.
