Mike Juneau's Brookfield Buick GMC in Wisconsin is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to help customers understand vehicle needs, coordinate repairs, and deliver an exceptional service experience.

You will greet customers, document vehicle and customer information, prepare estimates, schedule service bays, and keep customers updated through the repair process. Training is available for the right candidate.

• Prepare written estimates for labor and parts, review warranty or service contract coverage.

• Perform walk-around inspections and document symptoms or concerns.
• Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
• Prepare written estimates for labor and parts, review warranty or service contract coverage, and obtain customer approval.
• Create repair orders in the dealership management system, order parts, and schedule service bays.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process and coordinate with technicians.
• Process payments and schedule service appointments.
• Occasional Saturdays, 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
