Job summary

Vaden Automotive in Savannah, GA is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. You will greet customers, document vehicle needs, schedule repairs, and clearly explain maintenance recommendations to keep a busy shop moving.

You will work closely with technicians, monitor repairs, provide timely updates to customers, and build relationships that encourage repeat business. Vaden offers competitive pay with bonuses, benefits, and a stable, team‑oriented work

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience strongly preferred


• Dealership or independent automotive repair experience welcome


• CDK and Xtime experience is a strong plus


• Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair


• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills


• Excellent organization and time-management abilities


• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Professional appearance and positive attitude


• Team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic


• Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent


• Must pass a pre-employment background check and MVR
