Vaden Automotive in Savannah, GA is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to help build trust with customers and communicate repair recommendations effectively. You will schedule service, document vehicle needs, and coordinate with technicians to keep the service bay moving.

The ideal candidate has dealership or independent repair experience, strong communication skills, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Dealership or independent automotive repair experience welcome.
• CDK and Xtime experience is a strong plus.
• Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a professional, welcoming service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs.
• Schedule appointments and manage repair orders.
• Review recommended maintenance and repairs with customers.
• Explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Communicate repair updates and timelines during the service process.
• Work closely with technicians to monitor repairs.
• Recommend appropriate maintenance and dealership services.
• Review completed work with customers before delivery and follow up to foster repeat business.
