Vaden Automotive is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Service Department within our dealership operations. You will drive profitability, performance, and team development in a family-owned organization with long-term career growth opportunities.

You will oversee daily operations, coach Service Advisors and Technicians, and monitor key KPIs to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and adherence to manufacturer standards.

• Monitor KPIs including gross profit, effective labor rate, hours per RO, and CSI.
• Ensure consistent execution of processes to maximize workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with dealership leadership to align fixed operations with store goals.
• Analyze financial statements and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.

Vaden Automotive is currently hiring an experienced Service Manager to lead the Service Department within one of our dealership operations. • Ensure consistent execution of processes to maximize workflow and customer satisfaction
• Partner with dealership leadership to align fixed operations with overall store goals
• Analyze financial statements and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in automotive fixed operations leadership required (Service Manager, Fixed Ops Manager, or similar role)
• Strong understanding of service and parts operations in a dealership environment
• Ability to lead within a performance-driven, results-oriented culture
• Experience with dealership systems such as CDK and Xtime preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements
• 3+ years of dealership and auto service management experience preferred
