Job summary

Meineke is seeking a skilled Service Advisor/Assistant Manager for our busy shop in San Jose. You will apply your knowledge of brakes, electrical, suspension, and maintenance to guide customers and coordinate service operations.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in aftermarket or dealership service management and can lead a small team while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in aftermarket or dealership service management.
• Knowledge of modern automotive systems (brakes, electrical, suspension, maintenance).
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Service Advisor and assist in management duties.
• Supervise shop staff and ensure top‑notch customer service.
• Assist in scheduling, upselling services, and maintaining standards.
