Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor located in St. Clair Shores, MI. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing vehicle maintenance and repair processes, and facilitating effective communication between customers and the service team. Daily tasks include greeting customers, documenting service needs, providing cost estimates, and ensuring timely completion of service work.
