Job summary

Absolute Auto Port Matilda, PA seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to be the main contact between customers and our repair team. Responsibilities include documenting issues, communicating with technicians, preparing estimates, and obtaining approvals before work.

Automotive Service Advisor

Absolute Auto Port Matilda, PA

The Automotive Service Advisor is the main point of contact between our customers and our repair technicians. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while helping manage the daily workflow of the repair shop.

The Service Advisor listens to customers' concerns, documents vehicle problems, communicates with technicians, reviews inspection findings, prepares and explains estimates, and obtains customer approval before repairs are performed. The advisor also keeps customers informed throughout the repair process and makes sure completed work is properly communicated at vehicle pickup.

Pay will depend on skill and experience. Starting at $15 per hour and up.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, personable, and comfortable working with customers and automotive technicians.

Position Details:

• Full-time position with approximately 40 hours per week.


• Work week Tuesday - Friday 7am - 6pm.
