Nucar Toyota of Norwood is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy service department in Norwood, MA. You will greet customers, document vehicle needs, and present clear repair estimates while coordinating with technicians to ensure timely, quality work.

We seek a professional, customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with dealership computer systems and technology.
• Professional, positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Dealership experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
• Schedule service appointments and prepare repair orders

• Review recommended maintenance and repairs with customers
• Provide clear estimates and keep customers updated throughout the repair process

• Review completed work and invoices with customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Build long-term customer relationships and promote customer retention
• Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes and manufacturer guidelines
