Job summary

Nucar Toyota of Norwood is seeking a energetic Service Advisor to be the primary bridge between customers and service technicians. You will greet customers, schedule appointments, document vehicle needs, and present clear estimates while maintaining ongoing communication throughout repairs.

Ideal candidates have customer-service excellence, solid communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive service advisor is preferred.
• Dealership experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities are required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Comfortable using dealership computer systems and technology.

What You'll Do

• Build long-term customer relationships and promote customer retention
• Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes and manufacturer guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Dealership experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using dealership computer systems and technology
• Professional, positive, team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
