Job summary

Martin’s Auto Service in Landisburg, PA is hiring a dependable Automotive Service Advisor to act as the hub between customers and technicians from check-in to delivery.

Also known as a Service Writer, you will greet customers, write repair orders, build estimates, and clearly explain services while keeping the shop flow smooth and organized. Monday–Friday schedule; weekends off. Health and dental insurance are not offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Service Advisor / Service Writer experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills are expected.
• Comfortable using computers and shop software.
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Automotive knowledge is a plus (we can help you learn).

Martin’s Auto Service in Landisburg, PA is hiring a dependable, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.

Also known as a Service Writer, this role is the hub of our shop—working directly with customers and technicians to keep everything running smoothly from check-in to final delivery.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Pay & Schedule

• $40,000 – $80,000 per year, based on experience and performance
