What You’ll Do:

• Welcome customers with a warm, friendly approach to ensure a positive service experience
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Provide clear, knowledgeable explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance options
• Prepare precise estimates for service costs and time frames
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely service completion.
• Keep customers informed on the progress of their vehicle’s repairs.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license
• Previous experience as an automotive service advisor is a plus, but not necessary.
• Strong understanding of vehicles, including common issues and repair procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
