Job summary

Five Star Chevy in Florence SC is seeking experienced Automotive Service Advisors/Service Writers to join our award-winning team. You will greet customers, create work orders, communicate with technicians, provide estimates, and finalize invoices in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive service advisor experience.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays when required.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with customers, create work orders, book appointments, provide estimates, and finalize invoices.
• Perform other store duties as directed by management.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians, and providing estimates to the consumer and finalizing invoices.
• Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
