Job summary

Five Star Chevy in Florence, SC is seeking experienced Automotive Service Advisors/Service Writers to join our team. We offer signing bonuses up to $5,000, industry-leading pay, and state-of-the-art facilities.

Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of service advisor experience, excellent customer service, and be able to work Saturdays when required. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401K with match, paid time off, paid training, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians, and providing estimates to the consumer and finalizing invoices.
• Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
