Job summary

Five Star Chevy Florence is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer to join our award-winning team. You will greet customers, create work orders, schedule service, communicate with technicians, and present estimates to customers for approval.

The role offers industry-leading pay, state-of-the-art facilities, and growth opportunities. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required; Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays when required.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and communicating with customers on repair needs, creating work orders, scheduling bookings, and communicating with technicians.
• Provide estimates, and finalize invoices.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians, and providing estimates to the consumer and finalizing invoices.
• Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
