Job summary

Five Star Chevy in Florence SC is hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors/Service Writers. Signing bonus up to $5,000! We offer industry leading pay, award winning shops, state-of-the-art facilities and bonuses, incentives, and more.

You must have at least 2 years of experience, excellent customer service, and the ability to work Saturdays when required. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays when required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and communicating with customers on repair, creating work orders, arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians, and providing estimates to the consumer and finalizing invoices.
• Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
