Job summary

Santa Fe Mazda is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor to bridge customers and our technicians in Santa Fe, NM. You will greet customers, assess service needs, provide estimates and timelines, and communicate clearly with both customers and our tech staff.

We offer hourly pay of $18-$25, health, dental and vision insurance, 3 weeks of paid time off plus holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and ongoing training for career growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge and service advisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with service software (Dealer Track and My Karma) is a plus.
