Job summary

Liberty Ford Lincoln Mercury Inc is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, understand vehicle concerns, and communicate recommended services and timelines. You will work closely with technicians to ensure accurate repairs and keep customers informed throughout the service process.

The role involves preparing repair orders, explaining costs, and building lasting relationships with customers. A high school diploma or GED is required, with automotive experience a plus.

EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE

• 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a Ford dealership preferred.
• Experience using ADP Dealer Services Software a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The Service Advisor will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust, and paint fumes and will be required to work in extreme heat and/or cold and rain and be able to walk, stand, and greet customers for at least 8 hours in a shift.
