Job summary

Drive Green VI is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This role involves coordinating repairs, preparing detailed repair orders, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive mechanics and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. A valid USVI driver’s license and a strong organizational skillset are required for this role.

This role involves assessing vehicle concerns, coordinating repairs with technicians, preparing detailed repair orders, and providing clear and professional communication to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive mechanics, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to efficiently coordinate service operations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and consult with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs.
• Prepare and present detailed repair orders, including descriptions of issues, required repairs, estimated costs, and timelines.
• Coordinate with auto technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Clearly explain technical automotive information to customers in easy‑to‑understand terms.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services performed and to build long‑term relationships.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and proactively.
• Schedule service appointments and manage work order flow to optimize efficiency.
• Order necessary parts and ensure timely availability for repairs.
• Assist with billing procedures, process payments, and maintain accurate service records.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and customer‑friendly service environment.

Requirements
