Job summary

Ken Ganley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bedford is seeking a Service Advisor to join our high-volume service department. You will greet customers, listen to concerns, and provide repair recommendations and estimates while selling maintenance services and protection plans.

We offer base salary plus commission and monthly bonuses, paid training, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive Sales, Parts, or Service experience in a dealership, RV, Powersports, Motorcycle, or Marine environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers, listen to concerns, and provide clear repair recommendations and estimates.
• Sell and promote vehicle maintenance, repair services, and protection plans.
• Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Accurately document repair orders and work with technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs.
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated throughout the service process.
• Help maintain strong CSI, profitability, and compliance with OEM guidelines.
