Well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer service calls, set and confirm appointments
• Write repair orders
• Act as a liaison between the technician and customer
• Assist your client through the service process
• Collaborate with various team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure
