Qualifications

• One year of automotive retail service consultant experience.
• Must possess mechanical knowledge.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented personality required.
• Skilled at listening, problem-solving, and communication.
• Well organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid in-state driver's license necessary.

• Act as a liaison between technicians and customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally
• Interface with customer to fully understand their needs and offer parts and service as required
• Work with vendors to order parts and provide lead times to customers
• Build fair, competitive, transparent price quotes, with the customer and company’s best interest in mind
• Act as a liaison between technicians and customers
• Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time
• Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer’s satisfaction
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Other duties as assigned
