Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive service advisor experience.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays when required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and communicating with them on repairs, creating work orders, booking appointments, and providing estimates to customers.
• Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
