Mooresville Ford is seeking an Automotive Service Department Support Staff member in Mooresville, NC to assist our busy service team. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment, handling phones, paperwork, and data entry.

Pay is $16–$18 per hour with benefits and no Sunday shifts. We value a detail-oriented, professional attitude and place importance on accurate records and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous clerical, administrative, or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Pre-employment background checks including MVR and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with service department administrative tasks and paperwork
• Process repair orders, invoices, and customer records
