Qualifications

• PA State Inspection Certification required.
• Comfortable working with all makes and models.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Time management and ability to work independently.
• Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs and long periods standing.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis and repair and accurately perform all repairs and maintenance.
• Execute emissions inspections, safety checks, and state examinations.
• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, and all repairs you are qualified to perform.
• Communicate clearly with group leader and service advisor on repairs.
• Preserve vehicle records by documenting services and repairs performed.

A Day in the Life of an Automotive Technician (but not limited to):

• Diagnosis and repair and accurately perform all repairs and maintenance
• Execute emissions inspections, safety checks, and similar state-regulated vehicle examinations
• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and all manner of automotive repairs, that you are tasked and qualified to perform.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with the group leader and service advisor on recommended repairs and maintenance
• Preserve vehicle records by recording all services and repairs performed and recommended
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment
