Keffer Automotive Group is searching for a Manager Trainee to join their team at Burlington Kia. In this role, you will greet and guide customers, assist with sales applications, and enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features.

• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in-person and over the phone.
