Haddad Hyundai in Pittsfield, MA is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant with no experience required. We provide full training, coaching, and a clear path for advancement within a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

You'll help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicles, present features, conduct test drives, and handle the sales paperwork while using our CRM to stay in touch with prospects and customers.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Willingness to learn about vehicles and sales processes.
• Basic math and pricing knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right new and pre-owned vehicles within their budget.
• Greet customers on the lot and in the showroom, build rapport, and guide them through the sales process.
• Learn and present vehicle features, benefits, and available options in simple terms.
• Offer and conduct test drives following dealership procedures.
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and follow dealership and regulatory guidelines.
• Use our CRM and follow-up systems to stay in touch with prospects and customers.
• Work closely with sales managers, finance, used car, and service teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Attend regular sales and product training to continually build your skills.
