Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop and coach sales professionals.
• Strong desk management and deal-closing skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Results-driven mindset with goal orientation.
• Lead by example to foster a positive team culture.
• Valid California Driver's License and CA Sales License.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, mentor, and motivate sales professionals to achieve goals.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing top sales talent.
• Support daily sales operations and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Help establish monthly sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Work side-by-side with sales consultants to structure and close deals.
• Provide real-time coaching to improve performance and customer experience.
• Monitor KPIs and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
• Promote accountability while maintaining a positive, high-energy culture.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and state/federal regulations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Service, Parts, and Administrative teams to create a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to growth initiatives.
