This leadership role guides a high-volume sales team, partners with Finance, Service and Administrative teams to maximize profitability, and offers strong earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop and coach sales professionals.
• Strong desk management and deal-closing skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals.
• Lead by example and foster a positive team culture.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• Valid California Salesperson License.
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, mentor, and motivate sales professionals to achieve goals
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing top sales talent
• Support daily sales operations and staffing levels
• Help establish and achieve monthly sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction objectives
• Work with sales consultants to structure and close deals
• Provide real-time coaching that improves performance and customer experience
• Monitor KPIs and develop action plans for improvement
• Promote accountability while maintaining a positive, high-energy culture
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and applicable state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with Finance, Service, Parts, and Administrative teams for seamless customer experience
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to growth initiatives
