Walser Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team in Minnesota. You will greet customers, guide them through the sales process, and use our Walser CRM to manage interactions.

You’ll educate customers on product features and financing options, arrange test drives, and follow up after purchases. The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and a team-first attitude.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, but not required.
• Successfully test out of sales training program.
• Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a friendly, positive attitude and be a team player.
• Professional demeanor and appearance (nametags, uniform, etc.).
• Strong customer service mentality.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner.
• Lead customers through the entire sales process.
• Use Walser CRM tool to track all customer interactions.
• Educate customers on benefits that Walser has to offer.
• Take customers on test drives and explain vehicle features.
• Educate customers on financing options available to them.
• Follow up with customers after the purchase.
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.
