Qualifications

• Experience in sales or hospitality is required.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with customers in-person and via phone/email.
• Must be organized and manage time effectively.
• Willing to learn product details for presentations.
• Follows dealer processes and avoids shortcuts.
• Demonstrates reliability, punctuality and dependability.

• Nurture relationships to build a lifelong clientele.
• Demonstrate consultative selling and assist customers in selecting a vehicle.
• Develop product and sales knowledge to be an authoritative vehicle resource.
• Conduct high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to generate referrals.
• Handle objections and thrive in sales scenarios.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
• Bring a positive attitude to work every day.
