Sunroad Auto is seeking a Salesperson for the Kearny Mesa Ford/Kia location in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting vehicle options, guiding buyers through financing, and closing sales while delivering exceptional service.

You will greet customers, conduct needs assessments, demonstrate vehicles, and coordinate with the finance team to finalize deals. A valid CA driver’s license and sales license are required within 30 days of hire.

Competenze

Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
Valid state sales license.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; CA license required within 30 days of hire.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
Ability to perform all essential functions of the job.

Mansioni

Greet and assist customers in a welcoming, professional manner.
Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and preferences.
Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing.
Offer test drives and obtain necessary identifications.
Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options and closing the sale.
Prepare quotes and trade-in evaluations; negotiate terms and finalize agreements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and vehicle specifications.
Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
