Drivelab Automotive Group in Albia, IA is seeking a motivated dealership professional to own the sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery. You will present and demonstrate inventory, review daily reports, and help drive market share growth.

Candidates with experience in sales and familiarity with CRM software are encouraged to apply. Training is provided and a strong benefits package is offered to support your career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred.
• Automotive sales knowledge is a plus.
• CRM software familiarity required.

Responsabilités

• Understand and implement dealership sales process
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
