Lamb's Tire & Automotive, part of Sun Auto Tire & Service, is looking for a Sales & Service Advisor in Austin, TX. You’ll greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through service options from check-in to checkout.

People who enjoy fast-paced customer service and problem-solving do well here. Training is provided; some weekends may be required. Competitive hourly pay with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify needs, building trust from first contact.

• Explain maintenance, repairs, tires, warranties, and financing clearly.
• Prepare estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Schedule appointments and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
