T.O. Haas Tire & Auto in North Platte, NE is hiring a Sales & Service Advisor to be the first contact for customers, guiding them through service experiences and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely, quality workmanship.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone using standardized techniques.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and refer to service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations from the Technician to the customer.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time; update customers on status.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories; know product and service requirements.
• Follow cash-out procedures with a review of multi-point inspection and warranties.
