Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company, operating the Big O Tires franchise, is seeking a sales-focused team member to deliver exceptional customer service and drive tire and service sales. You will assist customers, explain maintenance needs, and process transactions in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates are reliable, customer-oriented, and able to work with a team. The role involves promotional activities, basic math for transactions, and adherence to safety and PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Sales abilities.
• Ability to meet company requirements including successful pre-employment screenings.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States of America

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service in the service area.
