Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer service area and host waiting customers, providing fast and friendly service.
• Handle complaints courteously and efficiently per company policy.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits of products and services and using suggestive selling.
• Prepare sales documentation such as warranties and service agreements.
• Conduct sales transactions and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks, inventory, and sales reporting.
