MFA Petroleum Company is seeking an enthusiastic Big O Sales Advisor to deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services. You will handle sales transactions, explain benefits, and maintain strong store presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Sales abilities.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, averages and percentages and making change.
• Valid driver's license.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States of America.
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, and after regular business hours as needed.

Responsabilités

• Monitor customer service area and host waiting customers, providing fast and friendly customer service.
• Handle complaints courteously and efficiently per company policy.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits, implementing promotions and using suggestive selling techniques.
• Prepare sales documents such as warranties and service agreements, and record tire sales.
