Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is hiring for a Big O Tires sales associate to deliver fast, friendly customer service and promote tire and related services. You will handle transactions, document warranties, and support store operations while maintaining a clean, safe service area.

Qualified candidates are 18+, with strong communication, sales abilities, and the capacity to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Sales abilities.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer service area and assist customers with fast, friendly service.
• Handle complaints courteously and in line with policy.
• Inspect vehicles and discuss maintenance needs with customers.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits and using promotions.
• Prepare sales documentation and record tire sales.
• Conduct accurate sales transactions and report discrepancies.
• Assist with store operations, inventory, and reporting.
