Job summary

You'll use a CRM, pursue outbound leads, participate in promotional events, and upsell warranties, service packages, and accessories. Bilingual abilities and prior B2B or retail automotive sales are a plus.

Overview

Duties

• Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales calls, cold calling and in-person interactions to generate new leads and maintain a robust sale pipeline.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits and specifications to customers, ensuring the understand the value of each model.
• Negotiate sales terms effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages and accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure availability aligns with customers demand.
• Utilize CRM (customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow-ups and sales progress.
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-Business) sales, or retail automotive sales is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in building a sales pipeline through cold calling, outbound sales and upselling techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management system is essential for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaning high levels of customer service.
• Experience with dealership operations, automotive ales processes or public speaking is advantageous.
• Excellent phone etiquette, retail math skills and a solid understanding of automotive products are required.
