Responsibilities

• Learn & execute the ten selling steps
• Assist new and returning clients with vehicle purchases (pre-owned or new)
• Communicate with Sales Manager during every transaction
• Communicate with customers in a straightforward, honest manner before, during and after the sale
• Log and update CRM daily and clear assigned leads
• Assist in daily activities to keep dealership, lot, and surrounding area up-to standard.

Salary Potential: 50k-140k - Earn Hourly Wage + Monthly Commission + Weekly Cash-Bonuses $18 per hour for 40 hour pay plan available
