Reliable Toyota Lexus & BMW of Springfield is seeking an energetic Automotive Sales Rep & Client Advisor to join a fast-paced, top-volume dealership in the Ozarks. Earn $50k–$140k with hourly pay, monthly commissions, and weekly bonuses; flexibility on schedule with Fridays and Saturdays required.

Ideal candidates are coachable, professional, and driven to excel in a competitive sales environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and closing deals.

Salary Potential: 50k-140k - Earn Hourly Wage + Monthly Commission + Weekly Cash-Bonuses $18 per hour for 40 hour pay plan available

• Learn & execute the ten selling steps
• Assist new and returning clients with the purchase of a pre-owned or new vehicle
• Communicate with Sales Manager during every transaction
• Communicate with customers in a straightforward, honest manner before, during and after the sale.
• Log and updateCRM everyday and clear assigned leads
• Assist in daily activities to keep dealership, lot, and surrounding area up-to standard.
