Job summary

1st Auto Group in Simi Valley, CA, is seeking energetic salespeople to join our growing team. You will greet customers, present new and pre-owned vehicles, and help buyers find the perfect fit while building rapport and closing deals.

We value a strong customer service background, clear communication, and a friendly, resilient personality. A background check and drug screen are required; a high school diploma is minimum education, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background.
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in showroom and on the sales lot.
• Help customers find the perfect vehicle by understanding their needs.
• Provide clear, knowledgeable presentations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Explain product features and available options.
• Build rapport and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Learn to overcome objections and close deals confidently.
• Report progress and activity to the Sales Manager regularly.
