Job summary

1st Auto Group is seeking energetic salespeople to join our growing team in Simi Valley, CA. We value a strong customer service background and the ability to hit the ground running with prior sales experience preferred.

You will greet customers, understand their needs, present new and pre-owned vehicles, and work to overcome objections to close deals. We emphasize growth, training, and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High energy and enthusiastic attitude throughout the day.
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality – especially under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales lot.
• Help customers find the perfect vehicle by understanding their needs.
• Provide clear, knowledgeable presentations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Explain product features and available options.
• Build rapport and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Learn to overcome objections and close deals confidently.
• Report progress and activity to the Sales Manager regularly.
