Job summary

INFINITI of Novi in Novi, MI is seeking an Experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join our luxury dealership team. You will engage customers, present INFINITI inventory, demonstrate features, and guide buyers through the purchasing or leasing process with a customer-first approach.

The role rewards performance with an earning potential of $75,000–$135,000 per year, full-time hours, and comprehensive benefits, including 401(k) and health insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive dealership sales experience required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proven ability to manage leads and follow up consistently.
• Experience using a dealership CRM.
• Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work scheduled dealership hours, including Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets dealership insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in purchasing or leasing new INFINITI and pre-owned vehicles.
• Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, including vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and delivery.
• Understand each customer’s needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom visitors.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate customer records in the dealership CRM.
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay current on vehicle features, technology, inventory, and manufacturer incentives.
• Work with sales management and the finance department to complete transactions smoothly.
• Meet established sales, customer satisfaction, and activity goals.

Compensation and Opportunity

• Annual earning potential of $75,000–$135,000, based on sales performance and the dealership’s written pay plan.
