Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise is hiring a Sales Representative. You will guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process, build relationships, and conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase Audi features, technology, and benefits.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in sales or customer service, a proven sales track record, and enjoy a team environment. Weekend availability is required with a flexible retail schedule and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Proven record of exceeding sales goals.
• Team-oriented approach preferred.
• Weekend work and flexible retail schedule.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; comfortable with computers.
• Self-motivation with ability to set and hit targets.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities
