Job summary

Aloha Kia Airport, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a Sales Receptionist to deliver friendly, professional service to customers in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Receptionist experience is strongly preferred in an automotive dealership environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software.
• A valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a professional manner, within three rings, and transfer calls appropriately.
• Take messages when the desired person is unavailable or requested.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers promptly with friendly, professional service.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening, asking questions, and resolving concerns.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Call customers when license plates come in and keep a log for accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Answer phones in a professional manner, within three rings, and transfer customers promptly to appropriate destination
• Takes messages from customer when desired person is unable to be reached or at customer request
• Greet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly; provides timely, friendly, professional service
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns
• Maintain a professional appearance always
• Call customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log to ensure accuracy
• Other duties as assigned

Here’s what you'll need:

• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
• Previous Receptionist experience; automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills including usage of Inventory Control software, Internet and Microsoft Office Suite
• A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
• Flexibility in schedule, to accommodate business needs
