Southern Motors Honda in Savannah, GA is seeking experienced automotive sales professionals to join a high-energy, results-driven team. You’ll be responsible for greeting customers, building relationships from showroom to delivery, presenting vehicles, and consistently closing deals.

Our compensation plan offers a base salary with competitive commission and uncapped earning potential, along with paid training, health and retirement benefits, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive sales experience and a track record of success.
• Ability to prospect, follow up, negotiate and close deals.
• Focus on CSI and customer retention; handle internet/phone/showroom leads.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prospect and follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads.
• Explain pricing, financing, and trade-in options to customers.
• Present vehicles and conduct effective test drives.
• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business.
• Maintain CSI and customer satisfaction through follow-up.
